Day 17:
This morning I recorded Day 17 gratitude and I couldn’t wait to share the audio message with you. Pero the message did not save.
And what a lesson that is… sometimes you can plan for things to happen a certain way, take all the right steps, and something goes wrong.
My usual response would have been to go into self-blame mode.
Today I knew the lesson was to step back and breathe.
I am slowing breathing out the temporary discomfort.
Life is a process. Be natural. Be gentle. Practice being gentle.
My gratitude today: I am grateful for breath.
Recommendation:
Practice - Deep slow breathing and slow exhales.
Repeat. Often.
